Description

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage expense reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.

• Perform journal entries and maintain accurate records in the general ledger.

• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheets on a regular basis.

• Handle wire transfers and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

• Support the full month-end close cycle, including reconciliations and reporting.

• Collaborate with the FP& A team to provide financial analysis and forecasting.

• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.

Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Strong understanding of general ledger management and journal entries.

• Proficiency in performing account and bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance standards.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines with accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
