Description

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Controller to join our client's team in Ballston Spa, NY. This leadership role is crucial for overseeing accounting controls, financial planning, tax compliance, and providing strategic direction for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and oversee accounting controls and financial operations.

+ Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

+ Ensure accurate tax compliance and reporting.

+ Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team.

+ Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

+ Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.

+ Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).

+ 7+ years of accounting and financial management experience.

+ Strong background in accounting controls, financial planning, and tax compliance.

+ Proven leadership and management skills.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
