About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the loan application process from submission through funding, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness

+ Gather, organize, and track all necessary loan documentation

+ Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to facilitate the loan process

+ Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and procedures

+ Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting and approval

+ Address and resolve conditions required for loan approval and closing

+ Maintain detailed records and status updates in the loan processing system

+ Meet processing timelines to ensure a smooth and timely closing

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 2+ years of experience in loan processing (mortgage, consumer, or commercial)

+ Strong knowledge of loan documentation, underwriting requirements, and compliance regulations

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite
