A well-established, independent wealth advisory firm is seeking a Trust and Estate Attorney to join its growing team. This firm specializes in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management, with a niche focus on serving high-net-worth professionals. The team is known for its collaborative culture, deep expertise, and nationwide client base.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with legal standards.

• Develop estate plans that align with clients' personal and financial objectives.

• Conduct thorough legal research on trusts, estates, and related topics to support client strategies.

• Partner with financial advisors to deliver integrated and effective planning solutions.

• Communicate with clients and their representatives to address legal inquiries and provide guidance.

• Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience specializing in trust and estate law.

• Proven expertise in legal research and document preparation related to estate planning.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Paralegal Certification required.

• Strong knowledge of estate law and estate planning processes.
