    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our national team that is based out of Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and solutions to customers while ensuring smooth communication and efficient service processes.     Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional first-call resolution by addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information.

    • Schedule appointments and offer virtual assistance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Adhere to quoting protocols and compliance standards while maintaining high service quality.

    • Monitor productivity metrics and cycle time dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Document service requests accurately and manage workflow processes effectively.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and engagement.

    • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to log calls and manage customer accounts.

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls using tools like Five9, ensuring queue management and customer communication.

    • Participate in cross-functional training sessions to broaden skill sets and improve service delivery.

    • Uphold remote work policies, attendance standards, and accountability measures.

     

    Requirements • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce for account management and call logging.

     

    • Experience with call handling platforms like Five9 for managing inbound and outbound calls.

    • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication and collaboration.

    • Ability to handle multiple monitors and navigate various systems simultaneously.

    • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and communication.

    • Knowledge of service request documentation and workflow management.

    • Experience in video conferencing and virtual diagnostics tools.
