Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers the chance to work on high-stakes commercial litigation cases and provide strategic legal counsel to clients across diverse industries. Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of commercial litigation cases, including case assessment, discovery, motion drafting, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.

• Represent clients in disputes involving business contracts, commercial fraud, securities litigation, and related issues.

• Offer strategic legal advice to clients to mitigate litigation risks and explore resolutions.

• Draft and present motions in both state and federal courts, including dispositive and procedural matters.

• Oversee large-scale document review and e-discovery processes to support case preparation.

• Collaborate closely with partners, early-career attorneys, and paralegals to ensure effective case management.

• Stay informed about current trends and legal developments in commercial litigation to provide up-to-date advice.

• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials, showcasing strong advocacy and communication skills. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal role.

• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as breach of contract, securities litigation, and commercial fraud claims.

• Familiarity with white-collar litigation is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal and business information effectively.

• Proven ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience handling hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation and strategic counsel to clients.
