Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end users, ensuring seamless operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT support and an enthusiasm for resolving technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to help desk tickets, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
• Provide support for printers, audio-visual equipment, and other peripherals to ensure usability.
• Assist users with software application problems, including learning and supporting legal-specific applications as needed.
• Monitor and resolve performance and connectivity issues on Windows-based systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for more efficient support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools to enhance support capabilities. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support environment, handling 25-35 issues daily.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office Suite, including versions 2013, 2016, 2019, and 365.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and resolving Windows operating system performance and connectivity issues.
• Experience with software application troubleshooting; familiarity with legal industry applications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with resolving printer, audio-visual, and peripheral device issues.
• Ability to document and track incidents effectively using a service desk ticketing system.
