    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to clients while managing multiple tasks efficiently. This is a Contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle 20 to 40 calls daily from patients and case managers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.

    • Accurately input and manage orders within the company's order system.

    • Perform follow-ups on delayed orders to ensure timely resolution.

    • Review fee schedules to verify benefit eligibility and provide accurate information.

    • Process and submit authorizations to insurance companies efficiently.

    • Collaborate with management to identify career development opportunities and goals.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role.

    • Proficiency in customer service software and electronic medical record systems.

    • Strong data entry skills, including numeric data entry.

    • Familiarity with basic medical terminology.

    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
