    Overview: Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Sourcer for our client in the Western suburbs As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to fill temporary, project-based, and permanent roles for our client. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates while employing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.

     

    8 week minimum CONTRACT Position

     

    Hourly pay Rate: $30-40/hr.

    Key Responsibilities: 1. Candidate Sourcing

     

    Utilize a variety of tools, platforms, and techniques to identify and build a pipeline of top talent (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Robert Half internal database, employee referrals, and creative outreach strategies).

     

    Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates in niche or competitive fields.

     

    Build and maintain talent pools that align with recurring business needs or specific job openings.

     

    2. Prescreening and Candidate Qualification

     

    Conduct initial conversations with candidates to verify qualifications, interest level, and cultural fit.

     

    Screen resumes and assess passive and active candidates against specific job requirements.

     

    Ensure candidates meet minimum criteria, including skills, certifications, and experience, before submitting them to the recruiting team.

     

    3. Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers

     

    Partner with recruiters to understand client needs, job specifications, and hiring goals.

     

    Provide market insights, talent availability, and competitive analysis as it pertains to targeted candidate demographics.

     

    Serve as an expert in sourcing techniques to support the recruitment team in meeting short- and long-term hiring deadlines.

     

    4. Data Management and Reporting

     

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines, sourcing activities, and engagement results in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

     

    Generate reports on sourcing metrics, such as time-to-source, candidate response rates, and quality of hires for optimization purposes.

     

    5. Employer Branding

     

    Represent Robert Half and our clients as trusted career experts in candidate outreach, ensuring a professional and positive experience for all prospects.

     

    Develop and promote postings aligned with the company’s brand voice, values, and diversity initiatives.

     

    Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

     

    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and Boolean search techniques.

    • Strong knowledge of various industries and their associated roles, qualifications, and skills.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

    • Experience conducting market research to assess talent availability.

    • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
