A global manufacturing company headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, is searching for an HR Coordinator to assist with their expanding workforce. This role offers a unique opportunity to support employees in a dynamic and fast-moving industry.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    In this role, you’ll be handling a variety of HR functions to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Coordinating recruitment efforts, including reviewing job descriptions, posting to job boards, and scheduling interviews.

    + Assisting employees and managers with HR policy questions and concerns.

    + Managing employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive start for all new hires.

    + Assisting in tracking time-off requests and managing payroll data entry for employees.

    + Supporting employee development programs, including training schedules and certifications.

    + Organizing employee recognition programs and helping create a collaborative work environment.

    Requirements

    + 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.

    + Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, or similar systems).

    + A detail-oriented individual with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

    + Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

    + A degree in HR or related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
