Description

We are looking for a dedicated bilingual Canadian French Customer Service Representative to join our team in Torrance, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing brand in the manufacturing industry while honing your technical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company’s values and culture in all interactions with customers, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, displaying empathy and understanding at all times.

• Recommend and promote products or services that align with customers’ needs and interests to support brand growth.

• Accurately input customer information and inquiry details into internal databases for record-keeping purposes.

• Apply technical knowledge of products to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including technical challenges.

• Address and resolve customer complaints calmly, courteously, and efficiently.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, successfully completing related assessments.

• Provide feedback and share observed trends with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, including flexibility for variable schedules and occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Requirements • Previous experience in a customer service call center environment.

• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues, particularly related to appliances and products.

• Passion for coffee, with knowledge of coffee and espresso beans preferred.

• Proficiency with technology and systems, demonstrating a tech-savvy approach.

• Background in coffee shop or related customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Bilingual proficiency in Canadian French is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
