    Description

    The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying high-potential leads, nurturing relationships, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, representing the company's brand and value proposition with professionalism and enthusiasm.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Prospect and Identify Leads: Leverage multiple channels (email, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc.) to research, target, and engage potential customers in key industries (Source: 2025 RH Tech Report).

    + Qualify Opportunities: Assess and understand customer pain points, business needs, and alignment with our SaaS solutions.

    + Set Appointments: Schedule meetings for Business Development Managers and Account Executives with interested prospects.

    + Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and campaigns (Source: 2024 Building Future-Forward Tech Teams report).

    + Track Progress: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and campaign performance in CRM software.

    + Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

    Requirements

    + Experience: 1+ years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Skills:

    + Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

    + Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and prospecting technologies.

    + Personality:

    + Results-oriented and self-motivated.

    + Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
