Description We are looking for a skilled Workday Systems Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing technical support and guidance for Workday systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction. This role requires a proactive problem solver who is passionate about improving processes and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 support for Workday systems, addressing and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability.
• Deliver training sessions, both online and in person, to ensure users are proficient in Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze system challenges, offering effective solutions to enhance performance.
• Utilize analytical tools, such as Power BI, to generate insights and reports that support decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline system workflows and processes.
• Offer deskside support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of system-related queries and issues.
• Document and share best practices for system usage, contributing to a knowledge base for team members and users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business objectives and needs.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions.
• Stay informed about updates and advancements in Workday systems to maintain expertise and recommend enhancements. Requirements • Proven experience working with Workday systems in a support or administrative role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency with tools like Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective training sessions and provide clear guidance to users.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze their root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Familiarity with information systems, business administration, and computer sciences.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
