Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. In this onsite role, you will lead human resources strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and align with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and implement retention programs that maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and industry regulations to uphold organizational standards.
• Lead performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and facilitating employee feedback.
• Create and execute employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Design and implement training programs to support employee development and career progression.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with broader business objectives.
• Manage employee benefits administration, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Utilize HR systems to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the organization. Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management with a proven record of success.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and their application to organizational processes.
• Expertise in employee benefits administration and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and provide strategic HR insights.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
• A commitment to fostering a workplace culture centered on engagement and employee development.
