    Description

    Robert Half is proud to partner with John Deere Dubuque Works in the search for a driven and detail-oriented Supply Management Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global industry leader and be part of a team that keeps critical parts and processes moving smoothly.

     

    Schedule: 1st Shift | Flexible start between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (metatarsals required)

     

    Duration: Currently approved for 1 year with possibility of extension

     

    Visa Sponsorship: Not available now or in the near future

    Key Responsibilities:

    Analyze critical shortage reports and prioritize shipments accordingly

     

    Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply

     

    Manage shipment planning in alignment with SAP schedules

     

    Execute key workflows within supply management processes

     

    Support purchase order creation and update part parameters for assigned suppliers

    Requirements

    Ideal Candidate Brings:

    7–12 months of experience working in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing support roles

     

    Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook

     

    General knowledge of manufacturing environments

     

    Critical thinking skills and a proactive mindset

     

    SAP experience is a plus, but not required
