Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position, which begins as a contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent one, is ideal for someone with strong financial expertise who can manage accounts receivable tasks and contribute to additional responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.

• Generate invoices and oversee billing functions to maintain financial records.

• Handle cash transactions and track cash activities effectively.

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with established accounting protocols and company policies.

• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and ERP systems to support business processes.

• Provide assistance with additional financial tasks as assigned.

• Prepare reports and summaries to assist in the decision-making process. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer accounts.

• Strong understanding of billing and cash handling processes.

• Ability to work with Epic and ADP financial services systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
