Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Estate Planning Paralegal on the Mainline outside of Philadelphia. In this role, you will be part of a team that handles a wide range of tasks, including drafting estate planning documents, assisting with trust and estate administration, and communicating with various parties. This is a role in the legal industry where you will be working in an office environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting a variety of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and advance healthcare directives.

• Assisting in the administration of trusts and estates, which includes the preparation of probate forms and court filings.

• Collecting and organizing asset information for the creation of estate inventories and accountings.

• Preparing both federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and other related documents.

• Engaging in communication with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies to facilitate estate planning processes.

• Overseeing deadlines and maintaining case files and calendars to ensure smooth operation.

• Supporting attorneys by reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and participating in client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or in a similar role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Estate Law is essential.

• Must possess strong skills in Estate Planning.

• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
