    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support senior leadership and manage high-impact initiatives across the organization. This dual-role position is ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in both executive-level administrative support and project coordination. The position reports directly to a senior executive and works closely with various leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key projects to completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support

     

    + Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for senior executives

    + Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take meeting minutes, and track action items

    + Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and follow-up

    + Organize and coordinate executive-level events, workshops, and strategic sessions

    + Maintain confidential records and assist with high-level correspondence

     

    Project Management

     

    + Partner with leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple business initiatives

    + Lead project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement across departments

    + Identify process gaps and implement strategies for operational efficiency and effectiveness

    + Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage communication of project status and outcomes

    + Monitor risks and issues and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies

    Requirements

    + Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments

    Qualifications & Experience

     

    + 8+ years of experience in executive administrative support, with project management responsibilities

    + Experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    + Comfortable working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment

    + Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional services industries preferred, but not required

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and collaboration platforms

    Additional Requirements

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

    + Proven track record of successful project delivery and team collaboration

    + Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
