Description

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Fundraising Officer to remotely join our team. This part-time, Contract-to-long-term position offers flexibility with 8-20 hours per week with flexibility with scheduling. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting fundraising initiatives, enhancing our website, and driving outreach efforts to help grow our nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns and events to meet organizational goals.

• Manage and update the organization’s website to ensure it effectively communicates our mission and programs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders through effective communication and outreach.

• Assist with administrative tasks to support fundraising and operational activities.

• Create promotional materials and content to enhance fundraising efforts.

• Research and identify potential funding opportunities to expand the organization’s revenue.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

• Provide ongoing support for donor management, including tracking contributions and preparing acknowledgment letters.

Requirements • Proven experience in fundraising, event coordination, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of website management and content updates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a flexible work environment.

• Proficiency in administrative tasks and organizational support.

• Familiarity with donor management systems or CRM tools is a plus.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
