Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This Contract-to-long-term position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will excel in managing full-cycle accounts payable processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including coding, matching, batching, and reconciling invoices.

• Conduct weekly check runs to ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Perform purchase order matching to validate invoice accuracy and compliance.

• Support month-end close activities by preparing accruals and reconciling accounts.

• Utilize accounting software systems such as NetSuite, Concur, and MineralTree to streamline workflows.

• Audit financial records and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Manage ACH payment processing and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve efficiency in accounts payable operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable processes, including coding, batching, and matching invoices.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including NetSuite, Concur, or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in financial operations.

• Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Experience with ACH payment processing and related procedures.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within teams.
