Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role focuses on supporting real estate-related legal processes, including conducting historical and current property title research, analyzing severed interests, and managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Perform current property title research to support real estate due diligence.

• Organize, scan, and digitize surveys while maintaining accurate records.

• Input data into the Office of Real Property system with precision and attention to detail.

• Draft formal letters, prepare legal documents, and manage project bids efficiently.

• Track and process invoices and payments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Collaborate on mapping and surveying initiatives to support property-related projects.

• Maintain and manage records using established records management processes.

• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and project tracking.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives

Requirements • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible administrative or detail-oriented experience.

• Strong knowledge of property title searches and real estate due diligence processes.

• Proficiency in data entry, scanning, and records management practices.

• Excellent research and analytical skills to investigate legal and real estate matters.

• Ability to draft formal correspondence and legal documents with precision.

• Familiarity with GIS systems and mapping processes is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks.
