Our client in Oceanside is seeking a friendly and organized Call Center Specialist to assist with patient scheduling and communication. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team dedicated to improving patients' lives through exceptional care and customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    + Welcome and communicate with patients over the phone and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

    + Process patient paperwork and confirm appointment schedules using CRM systems.

    + Manage inbound and outbound phone lines to schedule, modify, and confirm healthcare appointments.

    + Collect payments and assist in payment processing with accuracy and compliance.

    + Follow detailed instructions and procedures specific to patient communication and healthcare regulations.

    + Maintain accurate records of patient information to ensure seamless care between departments.

    Requirements

    + Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.

    + Reliability, organization, and thoroughness in completing tasks.

    + Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is preferred.

    + Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or call-center roles is a plus.
