Description We are looking for a dynamic Regional Account Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market presence in the Midwest and East Coast regions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with national grocery retailers, brokers, and other partners in the food service industry. The position is remote but requires regular travel to meet clients and develop territories.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in the Midwest and East Coast regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with national grocery retailers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand brand presence and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align brand strategies with sales objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Negotiate broker deals and manage partnerships to maximize sales opportunities.
• Represent the company during client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Travel onsite to meet with clients and strengthen regional partnerships. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Proven track record of working with big box retailers and national grocery chains.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing and brand development.
• Experience negotiating and managing broker deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
