Description

This position offers the potential for long-term employment and requires a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring efficient management of fleet operations and data reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and technical expertise to support various logistics and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage fleet operations, including monitoring video cameras and tracking software for company vehicles.

• Audit timesheets submitted by technicians and ensure accurate data entry into timekeeping systems.

• Process expense reports and maintain compliance with company policies.

• Utilize software tools such as OneNote, Great Plains, and Excel to generate detailed reports and analyze data.

• Input and maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure timely reporting of logistics activities.

• Support payroll operations by managing timekeeping data and coordinating with ADP systems.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Analyze activity-based costing data to identify areas for improvement.

• Assist with fleet management tasks, including tracking vehicle usage and optimizing resources.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Great Plains, and OneNote.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining and reporting.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and payroll tools like ADP.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of auditing processes and compliance standards.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with fleet management and tracking technologies.
