Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. This role is essential to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in accounting software and reconciliation tasks, ensuring seamless financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Handle billing tasks and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.

• Conduct data entry with precision to support financial record-keeping.

• Utilize NetSuite and other accounting software to streamline operations.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.

• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.

• Maintain adherence to accounting standards and regulations in all activities.

Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience with a focus on accuracy and detail.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite and other accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.

• Strong skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.

• Expertise in bank and credit card reconciliation processes.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with billing procedures and financial documentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
