Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, supporting our hiring efforts in the financial services industry. Based in New Haven, Connecticut, this role will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for key financial positions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and source candidates with relevant experience using various platforms, including ATS and online job boards.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate expertise and alignment with company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake interviews to extending offers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Utilize CRM tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Perform agency recruiting tasks to fill critical financial services roles.
• Leverage internet and college recruiting techniques to attract top talent.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong skills in sourcing candidates through online platforms such as CareerBuilder.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting processes efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agency recruiting and corporate recruiting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with internet and college recruiting methods.
