    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SaaS platforms to join our dynamic product development team. This role will play a critical part in gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and supporting product delivery in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements Gathering & Documentation

     

    + Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define business and technical requirements.

    + Develop comprehensive documentation including functional requirements, user stories, workflows, UI wireframes, and technical specifications.

     

    Technical Collaboration

     

    + Work closely with software architects, developers, and UX designers to ensure seamless translation of requirements into scalable technical solutions.

    + Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

     

    Process Analysis & Optimization

     

    + Evaluate and improve existing requirements definition processes.

    + Document current ("as-is") and future state ("to-be") workflows through gap analysis and impact assessments.

     

    SaaS-Focused Requirement Design

     

    + Leverage experience in SaaS environments to design requirements for multi-tenant, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

    + Define technical elements such as API integrations, data schemas, role-based access control, user accessibility, and administrative tools.

     

    Stakeholder Engagement

     

    + Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to identify and refine business needs.

    + Maintain consistent communication to ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.

     

    Testing & Validation

     

    + Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by drafting test cases and validating outcomes against requirements.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve requirement-related issues during development and testing phases.

     

    Continuous Improvement

     

    + Stay informed on SaaS trends and emerging best practices to enhance product development.

    + Act as a subject matter expert on tools and systems such as PPM, CRM, ITSM, SDLC, and BPM platforms.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

    + Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in business analysis or software development in Agile environments.

    + Technical Knowledge:

    + Proficiency in API design, data modeling, SaaS architectures, and cybersecurity standards.

    + Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Mermaid, and Figma for requirements and process modeling.

    + SaaS Expertise: Proven experience working within SaaS product environments, with an understanding of cloud-native applications and subscription models.

    + Skills:

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

    + Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
