Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing receivables, billing, and cash-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Oversee billing functions, including the preparation and distribution of invoices.

• Monitor and reconcile cash activity, including payments, deposits, and account adjustments.

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP tools to maintain accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies in receivables and cash handling.

• Generate detailed reports on accounts receivable status and provide updates to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during all transactions.

• Support the implementation and optimization of CRM and ERP systems for financial operations.

• Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve outstanding issues.

• Assist in month-end closing processes and other financial reporting tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions.

• Proficiency with accounting software systems and ERP platforms.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and their integration into financial workflows.

• Strong understanding of billing functions and cash handling processes.

• Ability to work with tools such as Epic Software and ADP Financial Services.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing financial records.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and external clients.

• Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations applicable to accounts receivable processes.
