Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Palos Heights, Illinois. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex cases involving extensive document review and discovery preparation. If you have a strong background in electronic document management and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough review and analysis of electronic documents using software tools such as Relativity or Consilio.

• Organize and categorize discovery materials, including police reports, medical records, and criminal files.

• Identify and highlight key information within large sets of documents to assist attorneys in case preparation.

• Collaborate directly with attorneys to develop deposition strategies and case timelines.

• Prepare detailed indexes and summaries of reviewed materials for efficient access.

• Manage and prioritize tasks related to sorting and processing high volumes of legal documentation.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all document handling and organization processes.

• Maintain clear communication with the legal team to provide timely updates on the progress of document review.

• Assist in drafting and compiling materials required for court proceedings. Requirements • Proven experience as a Paralegal, particularly in document review and discovery processes.

• Proficiency in using document management software such as Relativity or Consilio.

• Strong analytical skills to review and organize extensive legal documentation.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative legal team environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with handling police reports, medical records, and other legal documents.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability to commit to a long-term contract role.
