    The LPN – Clinic Lead is responsible for supporting clinic operations by providing direct patient care and serving as a liaison between clinical support staff and clinic leadership. This individual leads daily clinical workflows, ensures adherence to quality and safety protocols, supports provider efficiency, and mentors fellow clinical staff.

     

    *Minimum Education*

    Required Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent □ Preferred X Required

    - Ability to multi-task and prioritize

    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    - Proficient with data entry and medical terminology

    - 1-2 year’s prior clinic experience preferred

    o NC LPN license

    o BLS certification required, or obtained during first week of hire
