We are hiring aManager People Partner Wound Care R&D/Marketingto join us in a full-time, permanent role.

This is a senior managerial position where you will partner with the Marketing and R&D leadership teams within our Wound Care business area. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable people strategies and driving those strategies forward with a team of People Partners. Your stakeholders will be located both at our global HQ in Gothenburg and across the globe, making this a truly international and strategic role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Marketing and R&D

• Drive succession planning, talent development, and performance excellence

• Champion change management and employee engagement initiatives

• Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the functions

• Lead and develop a team of 2 People Partners, fostering collaboration and high performance

• Collaborate on global people strategies and contribute to the Wound Care People Leadership team

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role within a multinational company

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities

• Experience in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations

• Data-driven approach to decision-making

• University degree in Human Resources or related field

• Fluent in English (Swedish and other languages are a plus)
