As a Subaru Sales Representative, you’ll have the chance to take part in these feel-good initiatives—and see firsthand how your work makes an impact.

What You'll Do:

+ Connect with customers in a relaxed, friendly way to help them find the right vehicle

+ Guide guests through the Subaru lineup, highlighting the value, style, and safety of our vehicles

+ Stay in the know on our inventory, features, and financing options

+ Build relationships and provide top-notch service before, during, and after the sale

+ Represent Subaru and the Love Promise through community involvement and a customer-first mindset

What We’re Looking For:

+ Retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred (but not required—we train the right vibe!)

+ Strong communication and people skills

+ Integrity, positivity, and a self-starter mindset

+ Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team

+ A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
