    The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for driving strategicinitiatives, enhancing sales excellence, fostering a positive people andculture environment, and ensuring robust customer engagement. This rolerequires a dynamic leader who can collaborate with functions, develop andimplement training programs, and support regional operations. In addition, therole includes leading a small team of six employees, ensuring they areguided and supported in a professional, empowering, and results-drivenenvironment.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    + **BusinessStrategy:** **Lead regular progress updates for regional speedboatsand initiatives. Develop competitor profiles with mitigation plans andorganize bi-annual cross-functional strategy sessions to drive alignmentand strategic workforce planning.**

    + **SalesExcellence:** **Design and implement a comprehensive training programfor both onboarding and retraining the sales team. Support dashboarddevelopment for prospecting and outage planning and align efforts with theGlobal CP Masterplan and Marktag while consolidating market data for MEPevaluations (RCE, TCP, GE).**

    + **CostOptimization (OPW):** **Develop, implement, and track cost-outprograms across North America and LATAM to support regional efficiencygoals.**

    + **People& Culture:** **Coordinate regular All Employee Meetings acrossthe region. Introduce employee and project spotlights to fosterrecognition and analyze Voices feedback to identify key themes and defineactionable improvements.**

    + **CustomerInsights:** **Drive the annual customer insight survey process withthe sales organization, ensuring balanced and representative participationacross the Compression region.**

    + **ExecutiveReporting & Alignment:** **Gather updates and support thecreation of content for Monthly and Quarterly Management Reviews (MOR/QR),ensuring consistent reporting and alignment across regional and leadershipteams.**

    What You Bring

    + **Bachelor’sdegree in business administration, Management, or a related field.**

    + **Minimumof 5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, and salesexcellence.**

    + **Provenability to drive pivotal initiatives and develop competitor insights.**

    + **Strongleadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellentcommunication and organizational abilities.**

    + **Abilityto analyze data and develop actionable insights. Experience in developingand implementing training programs.**

    + **Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.**
