**Job Title:** Quality Control (QC) Inspector – High-End Garments

**Location:** North Las Vegas, NV

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday | Day Shift (Full-Time)

Position Summary:

As a **QC Inspector** , you will be responsible for ensuring that all garments meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. This includes inspecting finished products for defects, measuring garments for accuracy, and documenting any issues found. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in garment quality control and measurement, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Inspect finished garments for defects including stitching, fabric flaws, color discrepancies, and overall construction.

+ Verify measurements against technical specifications and size charts using measurement tools (tape measures, rulers, etc.).

+ Conduct in-process inspections during various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.

+ Document and report inspection results, identifying trends and recurring quality issues.

+ Work closely with production and design teams to communicate quality findings and support corrective actions.

+ Maintain clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.

+ Assist with quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in garment quality control, preferably in high-end or luxury apparel.

+ Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.

+ Proficient in taking accurate garment measurements.

+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects quickly and accurately.

+ Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and handle delicate fabrics with care.

Work Schedule:

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
