Entry-Level Fire Alarm Technician throughout DC Metro / Maryland / Virginia

Are you ready to kick off your career in a hands-on, high-impact role? Join our team as an Entry-Level Fire Alarm Technician and help keep people and buildings safe! You'll work with experienced technicians to install, test, repair, and inspect fire alarm systems, all while learning valuable skills and growing your career.

Day Shift (Around 7AM–4PM – but somewhat flexible)

What You’ll Do:

+ Test and inspect fire alarm systems to meet safety codes

+ Help install and fix fire alarms and related systems (like elevators and HVAC)

+ Find and report problems with systems

+ Work with senior techs to learn new skills - and move up the company ladder - they promote from within!

+ Communicate clearly with customers and team members

+ Travel to job sites near your home - locations across VA, DC, and MD

What You’ll Need:

+ High school diploma and 3 years of related experience OR 2-year tech degree and 1 year experience

+ NICET Fire Alarm Level I certification (or pass within 90 days – we’ll help!)

+ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Willing to travel within the region, up to 15% of the time

+ Comfortable with heights and physical activity

+ Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
