Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech Operator
**Location:** Richmond, VA
**Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3rd Shift)
Pay Rate:** **$26.00 - $32.00 per hour; dependable on experience
Are you a hands-on problem solver with maintenance experience? We're looking for a **Maintenance Tech Operator** to join our overnight team! This is a great opportunity to work independently, support essential systems, and grow your skills in a stable, safety-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform daily inspections of pumps, gas blowers, conveyor systems, and gas quality.
+ Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, HVAC, and AC/DC systems.
+ Repair PVC plumbing, motors, pH probes, chemical injection systems, and more.
+ Keep all work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
+ Store and handle chemicals and maintenance equipment safely and appropriately.
+ Refurbish office equipment and plumbing fixtures as needed.
+ Compile and report on energy usage and environmental statistics.
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with logistics and operations personnel.
Qualifications:
+ Must have your own hand tools and know how to use them.
+ Reliable transportation is required.
+ Prior maintenance experience is essential.
+ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and equipment handling procedures.

**Pay Details:** $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
