Job Description:
The **HR Specialist, Employee Capability** role will be responsible for implementing and managing global programs and processes related to Performance, Career, Talent, Learning, and Employee Listening.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Administer processes and provide support to internal and external stakeholders with relevant resource tools, training, and communication materials
+ Serve as the central point of contact for questions or requests regarding Performance, Career, Talent, Learning, and Employee Listening, and maintain all related collateral
+ Coordinate work, projects, and communications; prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other materials for key stakeholders
+ Assist in measuring results by generating reports, analyzing data, and preparing presentations
+ Understand the platforms used for process administration and facilitation:
+ Collaborate with HR Technology to identify, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, enhancements, projects, and routine maintenance
+ Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participate in the ongoing review and improvement of programs
+ Perform additional duties as assigned, aligned with business, department, and/or development needs
What We Are Looking For:
+ Ability to flex work hours to accommodate global time-zones
+ 2-5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or equivalent work experience.
+ Excellent organization skills and a self-starter who is comfortable working in both independent and collaborative team environments
+ Good listener and excellent communicator
+ Critical thinking skills and analytical skills
+ Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
+ Tech Savvy - Excited about technology
+ Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office sites; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$67,000.00 - $82,940.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
