    **Job Title:** Picker/Packer – B Shift (6PM–6AM)

    **Location:** North Austin

    **Pay Rate:** $23–$24 per hour

    **Schedule:** B Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating schedule with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays

    Job Overview:

    **Our client is seeking reliable and motivated Picker/Packers** to join their warehouse team on **B Shift (6PM–6AM)** . In this role, you’ll be responsible for constructing boxes, packing products, and ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

     

    This position requires working on your feet for long periods, frequently near machinery and in a facility where temperature may vary based on weather. If you’re a team player with a strong work ethic, this could be a great opportunity for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Construct boxes and pack products either manually or with automated equipment

    + Maintain accurate order picking, packing, and inventory records

    + Conduct quality checks to verify labels and packaging accuracy

    + Rotate product codes as per production schedule

    + Prepare cartons and stack them on pallets for transfer

    + Keep workstations clean and ensure safety protocols are followed

    + Assist in setting up and sanitizing production lines during product changeovers

    + Move waste totes from production to the compactor and return them to the floor

    + Rework products that do not meet quality standards

    + Review daily production schedules to plan for shift needs

    Work Environment:

    + Large warehouse facility with loud equipment and limited climate control

    + Physically demanding; standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift

    + Team-oriented and fast-paced environment focused on productivity and quality

    Requirements:

    + Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

    + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

    + Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

    + Must be comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing

    + Willingness to wear required PPE, including hairnets, safety glasses, and bump caps

    + **Steel toe boots are required** to enter the facility

    + Must pass a drug test before starting

    Preferred Qualities:

    + Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus

    + High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

    + Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
