Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is proud to partner with a global leader in food and pet care innovation to hire a **Sensory and Product Experience Technician in St. Louis, MO.** This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to work with the Sensory and Technical Applications teams at the clients R&D department, supporting product testing and development in the pet food and litter categories.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working in labs, and is comfortable handling pet products—including soiled litter samples.
• **Pay Range** : $20.00–$22.40/hr. (based on experience, education, and location)
• **Schedule** : 34–35 hours/week
• Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Occasional extra hours may be available
• **What You’ll Do:**
Sensory & Product Experience Support:
• Prepare pet food, litter, and soiled litter samples for sensory panels and consumer testing.
• Label and organize incoming samples for proper storage and tracking.
• Set up and serve product samples for internal studies following detailed instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant testing environment.
• Assist in packing and shipping products for external testing or client studies.
• Support external consumer testing execution as needed.
Technical Applications – Litter Support:
• Prepare and analyze material samples in an analytical lab setting.
• Apply sample reduction techniques to ensure accuracy and representation.
• Assist in prepping litter samples for testing under team guidance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all sample handling and procedures.
• **Qualifications:**
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation for occasional off-site testing (~6 miles from the main site).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
• Comfortable working with pet food and soiled litter samples.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams and consumers.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Pay Details:** $22.40 per hour
