Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Lifeline Sales Implementation Analyst to join our team as we seek to build a stronger foundation for Gen Mobile. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of critical thinking and tactical execution experience to support field based sales teams, as well as represent the team with internal functional groups. This role will primarily be responsible for completing order entry for handset sales orders, forecasting of handset needs though analysis of sales reporting and orders, and forecasting marketing materials needed for the field sales teams. This role will coordinate with Gen Mobile cross-functional teams to develop assets for field execution and coordinate market optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Report to the Director- Lifeline Sales and coordinate with other Lifeline team members on the strategy for products and launches to achieve Gen Mobile OKRs & KPIs
+ Data entry of sales orders, ensuring accuracy throughout all ordering processes, recommend changes or improvements to existing processes, and helping improve inventory ordering processes and procedures
+ Track shipments to distributors and teams, including returned shipments and claims, to ensure product was delivered properly or claims entered for missing shipments
+ Assist in building sales processes and procedures, and tools for field sales teams and implement their utilization by field sales teams and master agency offices
+ Represent the ACP/Lifeline team with Gen Mobile HQ to ensure team’s needs are supported while supporting the needs of other cross functional teams
+ Analyze field sales activity by reviewing application submissions to maximize opportunities and identify areas of improvement needed
+ Coordinate with Lifeline Sales Implementation Manager(s) and Lifeline Operations and Implementation Manager(s) supporting needs of master agency offices, attending weekly calls and, if needed, in-person meetings with master agencies and their offices
+ Address agency and field concerns, issues, escalations, inquiries, and ensuring timely resolutions
+ Conduct regular project status updates, presentations, and reports to keep Lifeline Team informed about project progress, risks, and issues
+ Collaborate with multiple departments at all levels to continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, workflows, and tools to drive operational efficiency
+ Additional functions as assigned by the Director of Lifeline Sales or other members of the Gen Mobile senior lead team
Skills, Experience and Requirements
This position will play a vital role in the growth and long-term success of our company. As a Lifeline Sales Implementation Analyst, you must dedicate your efforts towards initiatives that change the way Gen Mobile engages, collaborates and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford the opportunity to influence change within many aspects of the business. Lifeline Sales Implementation Analyst candidates possess the following:
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree and two+ years related work experience (or equivalent combination) preferred
+ One year of experience in a sales or operations support capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience (field sales preferred)
+ Experience with Oracle, Power BI and G-Suite products (preferred)
+ Experience using database systems and analytics tools (preferred)
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated knowledge of wireless products or services (lifeline preferred)
+ Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross functionally with many departments and levels within the organization
+ Ability to travel across the country on an as needed basis
+ Role is office based, required to be present in the office daily, remote work is not permissible

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
