    Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

     

    As an **Analyst on the Global Benefits team** , you will serve as a subject matter expert for benefit initiatives and provide ongoing support to the Global Benefits Team. You will support the Total Rewards team through the management of Health and Insurance (H&I), defined contribution Savings, Defined Benefit Pension programs and Supplemental Benefits. You will support the management and execution of our Global Benefit strategy globally and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial management, communication and administration of our benefit plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide precise end to end execution of HR services and processes to support strategic objectives.

    + Liaison with our third-party vendors supporting Health & Welfare administration.

    + Play a lead project management role in the planning and execution of the Annual Enrollment, consisting of many key strategic pieces and post-year-end activities, managing defects and escalations, ensuring stakeholder sign-off, documenting and implementing requirements, monitor and report on metrics, ensure customer calls and experience are managed appropriately with the vendor, and ensure overall delivery of the annual cycle is a success.

    + Maintain a log of open issues ensuring items are prioritized and escalated appropriately; complete and assist other team members with root cause analysis and issue resolution.

    + Prepare and review communication materials, annual enrollment summaries, summary plan descriptions/documents, presentations, marketing materials, including those required for legal and compliance standards. Partner with Total Reward and Communications to ensure benefit program communications are accurate and timely, including intranet and vendor content.

    + Research escalations, plan information, etc. leveraging multiple data sources, conducting data analysis and communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

    + Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing systems, processes and procedures based on trends, feedback, and experience.

    + Ensures benefit processes are documented and opportunities for improvement are identified.

    + Leads and/or assists with root cause analysis and developing corrective action strategies.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits management or related field

    + Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations globally

    + Strong understanding of US benefits, including defined benefit pensions

    + Good understanding of health & insurance and defined benefits pension schemes globally

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related field

    + Experience in US benefits programs including defined benefit pension plans

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters

    + Strong project management skills. Exposure to difficult or complex projects a plus

    + Effective communication and ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear manner
