As a **_Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 3_** here at **Honeywell** , you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient supply chain management. You will be responsible for overseeing the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Your primary objectives will include coordinating logistics activities, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. By leveraging your experience in logistics and supply chain management, you will contribute to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you will work out of our El Paso, TX location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our supply chain, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell's logistics operations.
_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
• Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Lead and develop a team of shipping and receiving associates

• 5+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
