As a **_Quality Engineering Technician_** here at **Honeywell** , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to maintain high standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance processes, helping to identify defects and implement corrective actions that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
+ Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to drive operational excellence
+ Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
+ Provide training and support to employees on quality management systems and processes
_YOU MUST HAVE_
+ HS diploma or equivalent required
+ Experience in quality assurance or quality control processes.
+ Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection techniques.
+ Proficiency in using measurement tools and software for data analysis.

+ Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering) or ME (Mechanical Engineering).
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
