Manager, AIS Balance Sheet

Provide partnership to AIS to create increased visibility into cash management and performance with the goal of optimizing working capital and strengthening the balance sheet. You will collaborate with colleagues in supporting AIS’s Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and forecast processes. Daily oversight, management, and performance reporting of cash including inventory reporting, AP, AR, and cash flow forecasting. Financial modeling and refinement of 13-week cash flows. Support and identify ways to implement improvements to further optimize cash management including working capital initiatives and programs. Manage balance sheet forecasting by working with commercial teams, regions and plants. Drive the development and optimization of tools for improved cash management and balance sheet forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage balance sheet with emphasis on cash and working capital
+ Monitor and manage working capital metrics, including inventory levels, accounts receivable, and accounts payable and drive initiatives to improve overall efficiency
+ Conduct regular analysis of balance sheet accounts and provide insights for stakeholders on variances, trends, and forecasts
+ Establish clear processes for balance sheet forecasting and identifying potential risks or opportunities
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop recommendations and implement plans that positively impact our financial performance
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with significant exposure to balance sheet management and reporting
+ Proven track record of successfully developing and refining forecasts and analyzing variances
+ Strong financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
+ Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing cross functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing priorities
