    As a **_Chemical Operator - Level 1_** here at **Honeywell** , you will play a crucial role in the operation and monitoring of chemical processes in our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety protocols are followed, assisting in the production of chemical products, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.

     

    You will report directly to our Operations Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on an On-site work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the efficiency and safety of our chemical manufacturing processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain high standards in production, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

    _KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_

    + Operate and monitor chemical process equipment and systems.

    + Conduct regular inspections and adjustments to maintain optimal performance levels.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

    + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

    + Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and material usage.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

    + Participate in training programs and adhere to continuous improvement initiatives.
