In the role of Logistics Supervisor you'll play a pivotal part on our Production team.

The Logistics Supervisor will manage daily stockroom and receiving activities for the facility. Verify and keeps records of all shipments and ensure the accurate preparation of items for shipment. Leads and directs the work of employees and identifies daily team activities. May spend a portion of time performing the work of those they supervise. Assist with management decisions and activities related to hiring, performance and/or disciplinary action. Working knowledge of team function within the organization.

Qualifications:

Education: Associates degree or equivalent additional experience (+ 2 years)

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of shipping experience.

Computer Skills:

• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems

• Proficiency with MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)

Other Skills:

• Broad knowledge of the field with proven management skills.

• Effective oral and written communications skills

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail

• Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.

• Strong written and verbal business communications abilities, must be comfortable delivering information to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.

• Working knowledge of business finance skills and abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills: (not required)

• BS/BA

• Dangerous Goods certification

• 1 year of leadership experience

• Continuous Improvement skills (Six Sigma Green Belt, etc.…)

• Experience working with aviation manufacturing components including FAA standards and regulations

The expected salary range for this position is between $68,640 - $88,340 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
