    Job Description

    This position is responsible for reviewing background screenings that have been flagged due to discrepancies. The team currently faces a backlog of 4,000 background checks with new ones arriving daily.

    Responsibilities

    + Work through a queue to review background checks flagged for issues.

    + Follow SOP guidelines to determine the appropriate course of action based.

    + Enter notes into the system for the recruiting and onboarding team post-determination.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in compliance, data analysis, and auditing.

    + Experience in data entry.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2-3 years of experience in audit, compliance, or verification.

    + Experience in background verification or compliance is a significant advantage.

    + Must have experience handling confidential information.

    + High school diploma required.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates should be local to the Memphis area.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
