    Job Title: Payroll Analyst - Hybrid

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst with recent experience in PeopleSoft to join our team. This role involves extensive data analysis and entry, requiring proficiency in Excel for working with large data sets. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for employees with payroll questions and issues, necessitating excellent customer service skills and an empathetic attitude.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform data analysis and entry using PeopleSoft.

    + Extract and manipulate large data sets in Excel using pivot tables and lookups.

    + Act as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.

    + Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and empathetic attitude.

    + Assist with garnishments and payroll data management.

    + Support the implementation of Workday and perform day-to-day tasks while full-time employees are engaged in testing.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in PeopleSoft with recent payroll experience.

    + Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach.

    + Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.

    + Experience in data entry and analysis.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Workday is a plus.

    + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.

    + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
