    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

     

    5+ years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing company

     

    Experience with financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

     

    CPA nice to have

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Controller to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic financial decision-making and improving financial performance across the organization.

    Job Description:

    Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support company objectives.

     

    + Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and aerospace industry financial regulations.

    + Manage internal controls, accounting policies, and financial risk assessments.

    + Oversee cost accounting for aerospace manufacturing processes, ensuring profitability analysis.

    + Conduct financial analysis to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.

    + Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

    + Prepare reports for executive leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies.

    + Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.

    + Monitor financial KPIs and propose improvements to optimize cash flow and cost management.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $160.00/hr.
