Job Title: HRIS AnalystJob Description
The HRIS Analyst will oversee critical HR operations such as 401(k) and HSA administration, validate and process HR-related invoices, and generate accurate HR data reports to support decision-making across the organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee and manage 401(k) and HSA administration.
+ Validate and process HR-related invoices.
+ Generate accurate HR data reports for decision-making.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT departments.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically Paycom.
+ Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
+ Excellent proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 2-4 years of experience in an HRIS or HR operations role.
+ Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one day working from home, with the day determined by the company. Enjoy a great company culture and a relaxed work environment while gaining valuable industry knowledge.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr.
